Like a PP said, this may have been the best solution to any number of other issues, or they may have decided that both kids really would benefit from that teacher.
In any case, I think it's totally legit to approach the teacher and let her know that Johnny and Joey have a history and outline your concerns and ask her to keep an eye on them.  And then hope for the best![/quote]
