[/quote] NP - It's not code for anything other than "people who have moved from New York to Florida". Most people in Florida are transplants. On the Atlantic coast it's mostly from the northeast, primarily NY and NJ while on the Gulf coast there's a larger proportion of people originally from the Midwest. The end result is that people tend to be a bit more laid back and friendly on the Gulf side. [/quote]
