If LAMB were to consolidate to one campus, it would not be before 2018 year, not upcoming fall. If they announce in next couple of months, there would be more than sufficient notice for parents. Esp. when you think about last summer when several charter schools only announced in the summer after families had committed that they would move for the start of the school year. The school needs to have something concrete to announce, before they can announce it. Whether it is in Ward 4 or elsewhere, there is a clear advantage to having 1 campus and all the LAMB families including myself would be pleased about that. So, let's just relax!
Agree with the point about relaxing. Disagree that it's more important to have one campus. If you make the school essentially inaccessible for a huge percentage of families, it's essentially expelling these kids. At the very least it's putting them at a huge disadvantage. [/quote LAMB had roughly the same geographic distribution as it does now when Missouri was the only campus. So their actual experience doesn't support your theory that it would be inaccessible for people outside of Ward 4. For all you know they may wind up closer to transit routes and be MOrE accessible to all.
