I'm the one who saw Anchors yesterday.  He flat out told me I didn't need the pills and they weren't a magic bullet.  He has these "10 orders" to assist with the weight loss.  He says if you do those, you'll have great success.  If you don't, not so much.  [/quote]

He said they'd help, but the pills won't work without a lifestyle change.  FWIW, I'm 5'5, 165. I need to lose about 30 pounds.[/quote]
