I am very curious as to how PhenPro works long term. Dr. Anchors website claims most patients keep the weight off, but how does that work? Once you stop taking it, don;t you get hungry again and start eating more? I don't think its reasonable to expect someone to live on 1000 calories per day for the rest of their life. Would love feedback from anyone who has taken it, gone off it, and whether or not the weight came back.
I'm the one who saw Anchors yesterday. He flat out told me I didn't need the pills and they weren't a magic bullet. He has these "10 orders" to assist with the weight loss. He says if you do those, you'll have great success. If you don't, not so much.
So did he still give you the pills even though he said you didn't need them? Also curious how much weight you need to lose for him to say that.
He said they'd help, but the pills won't work without a lifestyle change. FWIW, I'm 5'5, 165. I need to lose about 30 pounds.
