If that's the case, then you won't mind if DCPS moves the worst principal in the system to Deal, and replaces all of the current teachers with teachers who have the lowest possible ratings and are currently shuffled around from school to school because no one can find a way to legally fire them. It doesn't work that way, good teachers want to teach in a place like Deal and shitty teachers will take what they can get. There are exceptions on both sides but try and put a teacher used to bight students with supportive parents in a position where they are a glorified babysitters and they will find a different school. It isn't fair to the kids who care in the bad schools but a few rotten apples spoil the batch. This is why it is important to get your kids into successful schools, end of sentence.  [/quote]
