Jan-July players in SY leagues will feel pressure to play up as a way to stand out from the crowd and get noticed by MLSN1 coaches. Aug-Dec will feel pressure to play up just to be a part of the crowd that gets considered by MLSN1 coaches.

This is competitive soccer. The top teams control the leagues. The players parents and coaches fron the top teams will make grade in school a part of the decision process for the teams they play on / coach. It all works together.[/quote]
