Uh... yes they are. Ukraine presently occupies a significant portion of Kursk, Russia. But Russia started this war, and it's completely reasonable for Ukraine to defend itself even if it means attacking Russia directly. Same with Hamas invading Israel and committing all those atrocities. Israel is completely justified in attacking Gaza in response to the Hamas invasion.   [/quote]
