You all are such weirdos with your misinformation. Everybody knows that Fred Sr was an antisemitic bigot and that the family was Protestant (Lutheran/Presbyterian). The biographers claim that Fred did the Jewish fraternity thing to taunt the dad, not because he was Jewish. Nobody thinks that any of them are actually Jewish.[/quote]

Where is the misinformation? He did join the fraternity and his justification was his father is Jewish. I doubt he would’ve able to join if it were not true. Trump is not the real family last name and they’re from a city in Germany known for a high Jewish population. Fred Sr could have been an antisemitic bigot but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t have ancestors that are Jewish. Anti German sentiment was also strong so at one point Trump used to claim he was Swedish[/quote]
