We all know why. Look at the composition of the BRAC. We know those people had a lot of influence. Look at the guy who got his neighborhood moved to Oakton. Reid admitted he was the reason that change was made. [/quote]

Is that neighborhood City of Fairfax?

If they aren't,  that is why they are being moved.

I don't think this is accurate. I used to live at an address between Fairfax County Parkway and Fair Oaks Mall, and it was definitely not City of Fairfax. That area is still zoned to Fairfax. [/quote]
