-NO RUNNING WATER, NO AC, NO POWER! Frequent outages left guests stranded in sweltering heat with no relief. This resort is inhumane. The maids hoarded bottled water while guests had to beg for basic necessities. As well has towels and they lied about changing and cleaning the sheets. I was sexually harassed and made to feel unsafe by staff. The entire resort was a biohazard—dirty linens, trash piling up, grimy bathrooms. It was like a disease-ridden war zone. This place should be shut down immediately. They lie, scam, and completely neglect their guests. The advertising is fraudulent, and the conditions are so unsanitary it’s dangerous. If you’re even considering booking here, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and literal sickness. I wish I had known before wasting my time and money.
