There have been several documented instances of ICE harassing and detaining US citizens.  Step outside your house without your wallet and ID and you tooould be disappeared to South Sudan, if your skin is the wrong color. This is where your argument fails. Democrats are not opposed to deporting people who shouldn't be here. In fact, Obama and Biden deported at a higher rate than Trump did. The problem right now is that ICE is capturing people off the streets and without due process, shipping them off to foreign gulags. Trump said there were millions of criminals in the US illegally. Fine, go get them and deport them. Snatching people off the streets are who are going through the process legally, or who are green card holder or who are otherwise not criminals is simply cruel. But the cruelty is the point, right?[/quote]
