Sometimes it’s a numbers thing for a specific age group, not enough kids to make another team and too many to add all that tried out. Reach out to clubs and you will find the appropriate environment for your kid. If being on a higher team is important, have your kid put in time with the ball on their own or with a training group and you will be much better prepared for next year. Hang in there. I know it can feel like life and death but everyone eventually finds their appropriate level. What team you’re on now has very little to do with where they end up in the future. [/quote]
