They waited too long hoping for prices to go up and missed peak, just like buyers who are hoping for lower prices, will miss current low. Its a great time to buy, you can negotiate and have contingencies. Great time to be a buyer, just don't assume sellers to throw their houses away, make reasonable offers.[/quote]
