-switch to August was the nail in the cofffin. August/September are our two largest birth months in the US. Switching to August added the second largest birth month and widened the playing up gap for mlsn from 4 to 5 months.

-mlsn has nothing to gain from staying by other than resistance to change. By not changing they are giving Ecnl boys a huge lifeline. If they do change the status quo remains. [/quote]
Boys ECNL in Socal is 3rd tier.

And MLSN can bioband + everyone is used to switching teams around. This means ECNL will lose and nobody cares.[/quote]
