Something could have been slipped in her drink and wrestler’s, even more common there than here and known to have happened at that particular resort before. That may explain why only those two were vomiting. Lots of things could have been in play. Wrestler might not have been aware of what was going on around him in bar or on beach after he was unconscious. People are always watching and many report getting laced drinks in resorts. The black and white thinking here is childish.

It’s also possible she od’d on something and collapsed, he was so much bigger it just knocked him out. Not something they knowingly took even.
