SJC came out the gates on fire and played a near flawless game.  Prep came out half asleep and played absolutely horribly, with rec league turnovers, many caused by SJC aggressiveness, many self-imposed.  Yet it was a 1 goal game deep into the third and scores of second, third, and fourth quarter were ties (until empty netter at 4 seconds).  SJC outplayed the heck out of Prep but barely won. Would not make any assumptions about a rematch if it comes to pass. [/quote]

Ah the old "that inferior team played the perfect game while the superior team inexplicably played horribly and it was still a close game" post.  Been waiting for this one.  Anyone who watched that game is fully aware that except at Fogo SJC was better at every position on the field.  If not for the GP Fogo that was likely a 4-6+ goal game.  Also there is no such thing as "barely won", you either win or lose, scoreboard has final say.  I will leave you with an apt movie quote (name that movie): "You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting."[/quote]
