No they can't. Both the Lebanese state and the Lebanese military are very weak. Hezbollah is effectively a well-armed, Iranian-supported occupying army that has overtaken southern Lebanon. Iran and their allies have wrecked Lebanon. The vast majority of Lebanese - Christian, Sunni, Druze, even many Shi'a - want to see Hezbollah destroyed. [/quote]

Yes.  This is true.  So at my son’s high school there is a kid that wears an IDF sweatshirt.  Can you imagine the reaction if a kid comes in with a Hezbollah or Hamas sweatshirt? And both those organizations run schools, mosques, civic society along with their military wings. Whereas what does IDF do other than killing Muslims.  [/quote]
