He means kill. But the leaders of drug cartels aren't generally hanging out in the US, but even if they were I feel fairly sure you can't just sign a death warrant on someone. That's the sort of thing a dictator or king of old with unlimited power would do. [/quote]
Some of his followers so blatantly want to see bloodshed. They want to see killings like an action movie or a zombie apocalypse. They speak this language. He isn't going to eliminate anyone. It's like big fish stories or having a girlfriend in Canada. Yeah, right, you're going to do this. Sure thing. But if you're a fabulist and braggart, you claim this and idiots lap it up.
