This is what happens when you allow your cities to burn to the ground that encourages businesses to close forever, then lock down your state and encourage citizens to snitch on other citizens if they dare walk their dogs or visit other citizens.  And, it what happens when you enact socialist policies.

Upper Midwest Boomer retirees have lots of second homes on the west coast of Florida. I have a group of friends who all grew up in the nice UMC suburbs of Minneapolis - all of their Boomer parents have a home on Florida's west coast. It's definitely a thing for Minnesotans of means to move down to Florida and then keep the (paid off) MN house for the nice summer and hurricane season.

East Coast of Florida is full of people from the Northeast. [/quote]
