The posts on this image are from 2014!
Yeah, that's the point. He had every opportunity to scrub this. And this is what he thinks is appropriate to post at age 30? According to the news, he was 39 last year. That doesn't exactly scream "stable individual" to me. I would understand if this was some high-school age post, but at 30? Also if you read those posts, the vibe is totally off. He gives me the impression of someone who's just nice to girls, but otherwise a raging a-hole to everyone else. I totally believe this type of guy could lose his cool and do this. That's the simplest explanation over some complicated murder plot. Real life isn't a spy movie. Also I'm talking about what happened, not anything after. If he or the daughter were in danger, the police would've arrested them. They're already made it abundantly clear they're willing to roll in. And they can just deny bail until the trial just like they are doing to the Au Pair. So the only reason they haven't done so at this point is because the facts just don't add up. They searched his house 2-3 times right? They read all the messages online. They have location data from everyone's phones. Nobody is that good at hiding their tracks these days. Everything is recorded somewhere with cell phones and gps. If they had anything incriminating they would have arrested him. The fact that they haven't after so much time means that they have nothing. FCPD is going to end up quietly dropping the case or leave it dangling, because they don't want to admit they don't have any case.
My theory is the police believed it was a murder for hire situation. They arrived quickly after the stabbing so they must know who stabbed CB (how could you not find blood on clothes of the murderer or a sign of a cleanup and figure this out quickly). BB and the nanny aren't charged with CB's murder so I think Joe stabbed her. FCPD though they would make a case against BB for hiring Joe to do it then arranging Joe's death on the scene by the nanny. Now FCPD can't find anything that shows BB arranged the event and are hoping to get the nanny to provide that evidence.
