The evidence made pubic to date is damning for Flynn. If there was anything that was helpful, it would be released. For what reason would the administration be withholding stuff for three years, that would exonerate Flynn?
What was given to the defense by Jeff Jensen, the investigating agent, has essentially been embargoed after some of it was released. What WAS released was damning for the FBI agents and prosecutors involved in the case. And, why was it withheld? I think we will need to find out from Dana Boente. Word has it that he was behind withholding exculpatory material.
No it wasn't. What was publicly released wasn't favorable to Flynn or damning to the investigation. Boente was withholding the material because it wasn't exculpatory. Distracting, yes. Exculpatory, no.
