ON was formerly at MYS as DOC.  Great coach, great ideas, not present enough to really implement them after the DC Power gig came along.

This is exactly true.  He might be hired on in a leadership only type of role, not sure if he will actually Coach one of the teams as head Coach. Coaches at this level often wear multiple hats.  And TSJ is known for hiring part time capacity coaches..just to keep the buzz going.  [/quote]
