Consider the size of a college team roster and that it is not 100% turnover every season. Six kids from the area in ten years is not bad at all. Also consider females, having TJ here doesn't matter, are historically underrepresented in STEM occupations. Often they prefer to go into another field. MIT is a niche university. You aren't going there to be an English teacher, etc. This also would reduce the number of players who may want to play there. And finally, who would want to support that a$$hole?
