I think most would consider nearly all of Toll Brothers' SFH McMansions, due to the square footage, mix of materials, and limited, true customization. The quality also varies quite a bit.

Further, and this is where my confusion came from, upgrades don't equal class or style. And when upgrades are selected from the pre-set list from Toll Brothers, they will also smack of mass production. Most upgrades could actually contribute to the McMansion vibe. [/quote]
