And the extra training is just an extension of his practices, honestly.  It's called "small group" training but it can be 10+ kids in a session and he charges different amounts to different kids lol.  It's honestly insane. [/quote]

Ever think he was trying to improve the team without the distraction of players who weren’t as capable or serious? Charging for the sessions is necessary [b]otherwise he’d have to include everyone, defeating the purpose[/b], and charging different amounts makes it possible for less affluent kids to join. No one is doing it for free, as we all need to make a living. It’s easy to throw stones based on the $, but I bet what really makes parents upset is that their kid wasn’t invited. [/quote]

:shock:  It's a team sport. They are all on the same team. A reputable coach wants to improve all the players on his team.

I can't believe anyone would hire this guy.
