And the extra training is just an extension of his practices, honestly.  It's called "small group" training but it can be 10+ kids in a session and he charges different amounts to different kids lol.  It's honestly insane. [/quote]

Ever think he was trying to improve the team without the distraction of players who weren’t as capable or serious? Charging for the sessions is necessary otherwise he’d have to include everyone, defeating the purpose, and charging different amounts makes it possible for less affluent kids to join. He's being paid what? 15,000 or so from GFR to coach each team? He's not working for free. Pay to play private lessons on the side are not allowed by most clubs for a reason. Its hugely divisive.[/quote]
