Three levels up in kitchen and flooring, 1-2 levels up in bathrooms and laundry, and some misc. upgrades here and there. We’ve enjoyed upgrading other things in the home to our own taste, including landscaping, given there are only so many options TB offers. One major structural upgrade. I’ve posted on this before, but really am curious about the motivations for anyone claiming 400k or what have you on upgrades. [/quote]
