[/quote] I have a theory that if the case with Josh hadn't been pending, she wouldn't have been charged. Probably the last thing the AR police wanted was to give Jana a pass and then have the media find out. It would bring more scrutiny on the police since some in the public view them as having dropped the ball re: Josh. Where I live, there's at least 2-3 wandering kids found a year, if not more. I have never read about any of the parents being charged. Even after a mom fell asleep with her kid at naptime and the kid wandered out and died, she didn't get charged. [/quote]
