And every time Trump makes more unilateral decisions, the American public sees the acquiesence of the Congress and the further consolidation of "kings" power to Trump, all while costs are going up and the economy is falling apart.[/quote]

The BBB was passed by the House and Senate as a budget.

A CR is a [b]Continuing[/b] Resolution.  You continue along without major changes.  You aren't lumping $1.5 Trillion of spending into a CR.
