There are limits to the "resorting" after 9th grade.  For instance, someone who passed on Capital Orange offer for another club in 9th grade will not likely get a Capital Blue offer in 10th grade.   [/quote]

Everyone is at risk of being cut. Being on a Capital team for 9th grade in no way guarantees a spot for the following year.  At that point other teams are mostly formed. If you are cut it may be difficult or impossible to start on a new team coming into recruiting year. [/quote]
