How will McLean be better off?  Harkes hasn’t even finished a full year and they went from national powerhouse with multiple players excelling at a pro level to an absolute joke.  They traded the girls history for a second division on the boys side.
And player retention has improved?  They lost almost all their players for both the boys and girls at 2013.

And the same will happen with the 2014's next year. FVU made sure that they got DB and CW to lure away 2013's this year and 2014's next year to FVU. After 2014s MYS is very weak. This is the beginning of the end for MYS girls youth program.[/quote]
