The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years and is definitely majority white at this point. There are still homes on every block owned by African Americans, but most of them are elderly. The IB population of elementary aged kids is mostly non-AA at this point (not necessarily white since there are a lot of Asian and Indian families). I know a few AA families with kids, but the statement is accurate if you consider only the school age population. [/quote]
