I'm not condoning it or not, I'm just saying that outsourcing has nothing to do with diversity. But if your beef is with AmEx, you can complain as a customer. If enough people did that, maybe they would revert to American call centers. At the same time, their CC perks might go down or their interest rates might go up...so if you're willing to accept that you could maybe get what you want.[/quote]
