[/quote] Right, but someone has to be the youngest, so when parents hold their kid back to they aren't the youngest, and they are a summer birthday, the aggregate of that over years is now people are holding their March and February birthday kids back, so they won't be the youngest. Posters in this thread say it isn't happening, or that it isn't happening for cosmetic reasons, but it is.[/quote]
