a public nuisance? lol How is sharing an opinion supported by evidence a "problem?" Furthermore, as a former Catholic, who attended Catholic school and who received all of the sacraments, I think I have THE RIGHT to chime in b/c I understand the church. Someone who's NOT Catholic can't speak to these rituals designed my man to brainwash the masses. And who are these "outsiders" chiming in? more non-Catholics? What kind of perspective can you have if you don't understand the church? You can't recite a damn prayer from memory. You haven't been around nuns and priests - or had any in your family, right? (I have.) As an "outsider," you should stay OUT of the discussion b/c you have nothing to offer. And finally, OP is a non-believer, and her kids don't believe. Why go through the odd rituals of becoming a "member" of the church if you don't believe in God? What's the goddamn point? This poster is just as conflicted as OP - perhaps feeling even more guilt, which is method #1 in brainwashing. love the fact s/he recognizes hypocrisy, finds that these stories insult his/her intelligence, and says religion is a business! yet STILL attends church on a regular basis enough to make any person's head spin But I'm the nutty one. ]
Classic! I had to wipe the spittle off my screen and it looks like you've posted multiple times on this thread alone. Love your contention that nobody can comment on Catholicusm except Haterz like you--that's so typical of how you think and your generally warped logic. You didn't forget to toss in some extraneous expletives. All in all, one gets the image of your head exploding. Thanks for making my day, you freak! Signed, another non-Catholic
uh Haterz? such creativity, genius! lol Yes, non-Catholics have no right to chime in. How can you be an expert in a faith you've never practiced? Call me what you want - Groundhog or Scorpion - but I can tell you all about my former religion. I have an ex-priest in my family and a friend who's also a former priest. Both left b/c of what they saw IN the church. (One's from Europe; the other is from here. So I have two continents covered.) I know what I know, and the church is filled with nothing more than brainwashed fools who will overlook its flaws.
