Mostly, I'd say my experience is invisibility.  Nobody sees me on the streets, nobody holds doors, I can't recall ever having a stranger buy me a drink.  Salespeople don't offer to help me.  My phone rarely rings.  I spent the last three birthdays alone.  I'm just invisible.[/quote]
