I wouldn't have known she had them, except she looked at her poop and called me in to look at it. When I told the neighbor, she told me her DD had them too. Geeze, I wish she'd told me sooner, before DD played with her DD at her not terribly clean house! But pinworms are spread easily, according to our MD, by incompletely washed hands, for example.
