We should just throw out the criminal and civil code because you think only unusually fortunate people benefit from it.  You're out of touch with reality.  Of course SOME rules are there to benefit the few or really benefit no one, but generally the represent the democratic will of the people.   So yes generally they exist for the benefit of the community. Regardless of how fortunate one is.  Who do you imagine the dress code is victimizing?  [/quote]
