You have more control in that if you get a good draw, then you get YOUR top choice--it's not separate lotteries for each school. Of course, it's luck to see if you get a good draw, but if you keep playing year after year, you are likely to eventually get one and get into a school you like. The old system was no real choice. You might have a good draw at a school you don't really want and a bad draw at a school you did want, and you had to settle for the one you didn't really want. Now a good draw means that you get your choice.[/quote]
