all my muslim friends have posted about this and not a single other friend. it seems weird to me.

it's horrific gun violence - and makes the case for stricter gun control - but none of my gun control friends seem interested.

i appreciate jeff bringing up issues like this to be discussed and debated. it's sad to me that it didn't become an instant off-topic thread - so, it seems like the senseless death of 3 american muslims is more trivial and less interesting tahn 2 kids who get left in a car for an hour...

no, not at all.  The Fort Hood shooting was clearly tied to religious fanaticism, but we called that workplace violence.[/quote]
