So buck up, don't get depressed, be proud of how well you've done. and perhaps think about how you were feeling when you made the dough (tired? stressed? lonely? bored?) and strategies in the future for dealing with this kind of feeling and what you will do. I am not someone who swears off all sugar all the time because I know it will backfire. Instead, I decide ahead of time when I am going to have something delicious--likeif I know I'm going to dinner. That makes it easier for me to eat well in advance and resist temptation. [/quote]
