[/quote] I feel like I absolutely do understand that, but on the other hand, if OP doesn't want to do the things that people in his income bracket have done to be able to buy homes, given the current environment, the solution is that the family will have to keep renting. There is no magical answer. A lot of ideas have been presented but shot down.[/quote]
