Can you explain why you feel "jerked around"?  Did DCPS or someone else in the DC Govt. promise you that it would never reevaluate boundaries, particularly when talk about reopening VanNess has been circulating for several years?  I can understand being concerned about the unknowns associated with the process and lack of transparency, but you lose credibility by resorting to hyperbole.[/quote]
