I agree with this, with the caveat that there's no way to know if this boosterism was done exclusively by Marshall, or had some support/backing by FCPS as well.  I'm guessing that FCPS is not exactly squeaky clean here, and therefore ALL FCPS would then be off limits. [/quote]
