Public education is free. The money goes into a big pot and the county divides it so all children benefit. Some rules are meant to be broken. Some are reminders of a more brutal time, like segregation laws, laws on where to sit when you travel on a bus and have the wrong skin color. School is where children should be. Stop justifying stupidity by saying life is not fair or by justifying how your child is more worthy of an education. Your kid did not do anything to earn the coveted position of being your kid. Legally we are all equal and worth the same
Sure, we all equal, public education is free and all kids have access to education in one of the best school system in the country. You want event better for your kids - work harder, assess your priority, do something legal for your kids. Don't set a wrong examples for your own kids. You're the one responsible for your kids education, no one else. Rules are rules - kids go to school based on the address of the property they live, accept it. Don't like it - try to change the rules, but not break it. Trust me, I've been there - you don't want to live in the country with no rules or laws or boundaries, it's cruel.
