My daughter's so young (not quite 17 months now) that I think she won't get it for a while.  We have "told" her, and although her receptive language is probably better than we think, a baby in mommy's tummy is pretty abstract to her.  Once I'm obviously showing, we'll get her a baby doll to have, and tell her more regularly about the baby.  I'll be curious to hear other's responses.

FWIW, I was a little over four when my sister was born, and I really remember my mom's pregnancy (mostly her being sick).  I can't remember when they told me, but recall the day she was born very clearly.  My parents got me a Mr. Potato Head as a big sister present, and man I loved that thing.
