I get why you feel that way but ultimately the boss often has to make hard decisions. As a parent I want to understand why staff voted this way. That’s the part I’m having an issue understanding. [/quote]

Really? This again? Many of us are "bosses" who have to make hard decisions that are unpopular.

That's vastly different from being so bad at your job that 94% of your employees vote that they have no confidence in you.

As a point of reference, the current president has a 40% approval rating. [/quote]
