All public school districts allow students to transfer between schools within the district and they have specific enrollment rules allowing them to do so. For example, if a student transfers from one school to another, they are usually ineligible for a period of time before they are allowed to play in VHSL. So if a freshman transfers from school A to school B only soccer they get the waiver signed so they can play junior year. [/quote]
