[/quote] I think feds get a teacher's point of view about this because we are also used to working in a thankless job. It's a thankless job with some real pros, so I do try to keep my complaining to fed adjacent people who understand. Walk a mile in someone else's shoes and you learn a whole lot. At the end of the day, it's those in charge of the money that can improve the situation. One last thing, there is a reason that "no good deed goes unpunished" is an old adage.
