Come on. UGA is 46 out of national universities and UVA is 26. UVA is in an entirely different league than UGA. I agree that UGA is a great school. BTW, my DC toured and loved it. Was actually deferred from UGA and accepted at UNC and UVA (in state). [/quote]

Correct. Of public universities UVA and UNC are tied for four. UGA is way down at 20. I know of many cost-conscious students gunning for UVA who also apply to the other great publics like UCLA, Cal and Michigan, but I’ve never heard of a UVA-hopeful trying for UGA.
